image can't upload!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I just bought your Extension 'Gallery'. After I uploaded the extension in Joomla I want to upload a image in an album. After the green beam was full, I get a red box with an error and underneath it Can not upload!. Here is a link to an image so you can see what it is.

After I set jQuery libraby loading : on the files are uploading. It works!
But now if got two other problems on the front-end.
Above the albums there are three error codes. And when you click on an image you can see the full description and some arrows (I think). The arrows are disappeared and replaced for some blue boxes.
Hope you also can solve this problems.
