1. I'm sorry, The date can't translate by another language because We use PHP date() Function as this php.net/manual/en/function.date.php
2. You can instead time in the Configuration as prnt.sc/eey1qn and edit H->h. or you can refer this link: php.net/manual/en/function.date.php
3. I don't understand your question, you can clarify your issue again.

For the 3 question i found the solution. There where a filter who has blocked Eventon. Now it's working!

Can i edit the PHP file for the translation? Where to edit?

I'm sorry you can't edit the name date by this PHP date() Function
I already wrote message previous: "The date can't translate by another language because We use PHP date() Function as this php.net/manual/en/function.date.php"
