Hi, thank you for the reply, I understand that there is an option to enter a Google maps API key but the issue is after installing this item on a clean Joomla site "out of the box" it does not work. As per your image I don't have the menu tabs (Menu Assignment) (Layout) (Maps) (Style) (Advanced) (Permissions). I have sent you some screen shots by email. Any thoughts why this would happen?

I really can not test the problem because I can not access your website
You can use Akeeba Backup and backup site then you can send the package to me

OK just re-sent without a zip file attached. I have also just received an email bounceback from the first email sent which had the email error report of:
Action: failed
Status: 5.4.4 (Illegal host/domain name found)
