Hello,

Please help us with the JUX Easy Instagram Feed. I just signed up for the club membership because of this extension and I am not able to get it working. It is kind of urgent because I have a client waiting.

Hello,

thank you for having a look.

The extension is inserted in an article on the link provided.

I followed your manual: The plugin is enabled, the shortcode is inserted into article "instagram" (article number 244)

Userid and accesss token should be ok.

The reason is that the website cannot read the "social.php" file in our extension,
martinh33.sg-host.com/plugins/content/ju...de/social/social.php
please contact the hosting and they will fix the problem for you. ...

Thank you ever so much!

The reason for the extension not working was a security component, Admin tools.

If someone else runs into the same problem, here is the solution:

You will need to give direct access to the following directory in the .htaccess file: plugins/content/jux_instagram_load_shortcode/

it looks like your extension, Easy instgram feed, has stopped working, also on your demo page: demo.joomlaux.com/#jux-easy-instagram-feed

Can you check what is wrong please. Perhaps it needs an update. It has also stopped working on our page.
