I just installed the Extension and no image is displayed, instead it show this message.

Where do I go to get the updated version. It still shows April 2018 and I just downloaded it in June.

I have installed this on two websites, different servers, and same error message comes up. I would prefer to be able to trouble shoot this myself, and not give login information to my website. Are there trouble shooting recommendations you can send to me so I can fix myself. I see previous threads with the same issue. How did you fix theirs?
