Embedded Youtube videos with IE and MS Edge

Is there a way to have an embedded youtube video in mega menu to work with MS browsers? The dropdown works and video object is displayed but once the mouse pointer is placed on the video object, the dropdown disappears.

The issue can be seen at www.riversidefarms.org . Once the mouse enters the iframe or object the dropdown disappears. The problem only happens with Internet Explorer 10, 11, and Microsoft Edge browsers. Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and the mobile browser all work as expected. I have not tried older versions of IE as we do not support them.
