upgraded and advanced config settings have gone and custom style no recogninsed

I upgraded from version 3.20 to 3.2.5.

The advanced settings in the module have disappeared.
Where are the options to set transition out duration etc eg www.dropbox.com/s/kiufus8xknzdtk5/Screen...%2012.01.52.png?dl=0

ALSO:
my customised style sheet no longer works - it took 2 day to refine and now its gone. Classes have changed to "megacss" - is this no longer javascript but CS3 only?

I apologize for this problem. Since version 3.2.3, we have left menu approach works by JS. It only works by css. and we also added many new features update. Including CSS3 Mega Menu products (It has many config help users to adjust their discretion).
Please install the trial. I think it does not make you disappointed
If you want to type JS previous day. I can send you back the old version.
