VM JUX Megamenu not showing and no elements in MegaMenu toolbox

I recently purchased and installed the JUX VM Megamenu module. I configured it following the doc, but it's not showing. Furthermore, no elements appear in the Megamenu toolbox in the backend.
What can be wrong?

I checked your backend of size. I saw you unpublish product. I published a product and it show on menu tool.
