display error with tab style

Hello all
i start a new site and i have a problem with tab style. I read and do the same to the documentation, but it's not good.
The tab stay empty and a new row is built with the menu level 3.

menu backend

i use only joomla 3.6.5 + hot_sportal ( template )+ joomsport + jux mega menu

Step 1: Please go to "compettion" item => click "columns" tab and set "full-width" as image below

After select "tabs" gain and save
Step 2: Go to "GFF hainaut" item => example
Setup width: 630
colw1=200
colw2=200
colw3=220
