JUX Mega Menu doesn't work

Hi I recently bought the mega menu but have not been able to configure it correctly or it is in compatible with the template I am using.
Everytime I publish the menu in the menu position-0, the screen goes white and nothing displays at all.
Please assist.

I checked your site, I try to created new menu( Test Menu) and assign for megamenu module and it works fine.
Please check your menu item ( site menu) again or create the another menu.
