2 issues with JUX Mega Menu

I'm working on developing a new site and have two issues. Site is located at new.cbcneenah.org

Issue 1: I'm trying to display two modules in two columns. I've tried lots of settings on the two modules, the JUX module, and the JUX menu. They are displaying stacked.
Issue 2: As others have noted, the responsive portion does not seem to be working...the drop-down menu does not display at all.

Digging around a bit, I found this:

#jux_memamenu109 #js-mainnav.megamenu.noJS ul.megamenu li.haschild>div.childcontent { display:none). If I change that, it does display the modules in the smartphone/responsive view but they don't collapse/uncollapse as expected.
