image gallery upload not work

I've a problem with uploading images both in joomla 3.3 and 3.4. it not work

This problem that's seem permission of file juximagefolder.php. Can you change permission of this file to 644 or 755 then recheck?
If you still can't fix it please pm me FTP account and admin account. I'll check and fix it for you!
