I do not have any images. I updated on Joomla 4.2.0, but think this was also before. For a few days everything was ok. The title of module was active I deactivated this (because looks not good) and after it also the images are gone, any changes to title do not help. PHP version we use all the time is 7.4. - in admin the images are also not there.
