I contacted the hosting company, and they said this is an issue with htaccess file - the one that created by AdminTool pro (security tool).

any idea how to solve it?

HI Davidh,
This problem is how I can help you. If your sever our block. not allow my files operation. There are a lot of customers like you. they have to contact the hosting management. and the problem was solved.

It's not the server. it's the htaccess file, but i'm not sure. the question how you can help me solve the issue?

I'm sorry. Our company are the Lunar New Year holiday, not work. I'm just a support staff, I can not solve the problem. hope you understand and sympathize. we will work again on February 15. then our developers will check for you, If the problem is not resolved. we will send the money back to you.
