The other problem is that we do not know which files have been modified by Jux when Jux had done the customizations.(all customizations were done by Jux and not us)
If we cannot get this sorted out today then we want a refund for both Jux Items the subscription and the single real estate extension that we have purchased. This is getting ridiculous now. My clients site is offline and because your staff cannot speak english properly it has caused us to make mistakes due to miscommunication.
Please can someone sort this out, give us a link to download v3.2.0, or give back our money so we can put our clients site back online as it has been offline all week due to this problem. Enough is enough!
