Hi,
whenever I set up "Crop" Pictures, I got an error message "Cannot save file". "preview_img_crop" Folder exists...see screenshot.

If I deactivate "Crop" then the error message disappears. I'm using PHP 5.5.

encurion.de/index.php/lettings (currently crop deactivated)..let me know if you need credentials to log on.

Any ideas?

Hi,
can you do the following.

- Log in to my backend and set the Jux Configuration to "Crop pictures"
then check encurion.de/index.php/lettings and you will see the error message

if you switch off "Crop" then everything works fine (but the pictures look strange)

Will send you the credentials via pm.

Hi,
I have corrected style everything seems better. Problem "with Crop Pictures"
Maybe because of file permissions to your site or a specific cause. we are trying to check. please give us a little time. let us find the cause and solution to fix. Thanks

no worries...the Phoca Commander is installed too - so you can change/test/update permissions in the backend if required.

Currently, we have a local backup of your site to check, everything works normally. The problem on your site we have not found a solution (We can predict by "Clear Cache" or decentralized file). you can update version 3.2.6 Real Estate. Hope it will be able to solve that problem.

i dont get any error but whatever i select the images got resized at 900x400
