Please could you respond on how long it will take to sort this out? My client is starting to get upset and he has every right to be - I purchased this component because it was supposed to work perfectly and easily from the beginning? Please let me know as soon as possible.

No offense, but I used to work for a startup creating social walls and hubs aggregating UGC and the least you can do is subscribe to social APIs changelogs on GitHub & fix issues as soon as they appear, not as soon as clients start complaining.
Facebook has always been more complicated because of its privacy settings. When you play with APIs, you have to assume that there will be bug fixes to make every now and then.
Can you please get it fixed ASAP, that would be nice?

BTW, I still can't find LinkedIn & Quora in the backend..
i only wanted to show a facebook Wall... I have the same problem that the ID is correctly and the modul on Page shows nothing... If i enter de JUX ID back, it works...
Is the problem working? Because i have payed and i dont want to wait 2 Months...
