Facebook Feed not showing but ID is correct

Hello,

Please help! I am trying to get my Facebook feed to show through Social Stream, but it's not working.

I have entered the correct Facebook ID, but the actual posts aren't showing on the frontend. The button is showing though.

Please help urgently!

The only one that is working is Twitter - Facebook and Instagram are not showing at all and I have included the correct details.

I have paid money for this extension because I expected it to work - please could someone get back to me as soon as possible as my client would like this social stream on their website urgently.

Again - fast support is promised, and it's been two days and I still don't have a solution to this problem! The extension is not working the way it says it would - please could you either respond, or I would like my money back! Preferably I would just like the extension to work because it's what my client wants and it looks good in the demo - I just need it to work the way it says it will.

I have yet to find the cause of not getting data from your fanpage.
(I've tried a few other fanpage and it works normally)
Facebook also has changed the way get data via API (v1.0-> v2.x), could it have caused this problem.
I need more time to examine this problem (if you can wait)
