Currently Joomla4 has a few changes so we are checking and updating the product compatible with joomla4,
We are still trying to fix it as soon as possible

Hi,
Sorry to be abrupt but what does this have to do with my problem, again just proves no understanding of support. I have already stated I am not using joomla 4,i am using joomla 3 and installed your component that did not work, I have asked a few times now for my money back, no mention of this in your reply again just going on about joomla 4. Whether its a translation thing and not understanding but not good at all.
