Sorry to be abrupt but what does this have to do with my problem, again just proves no understanding of support. I have already stated I am not using joomla 4,i am using joomla 3 and installed your component that did not work, I have asked a few times now for my money back, no mention of this in your reply again just going on about joomla 4. Whether its a translation thing and not understanding but not good at all.
