could you be more specific?
You cant't because is not possible or because you can't access some where?
Sorry to say so but till now I've not a good impression by this support. All issue i've posted I solved by myself. And the ones I can't solve remains without solution.
How is it possible that I see something in your demo that is not possible to have also in my site??

Because your site still not support responsive that's why our product also can not responsive on your site.
Please make your site responsive first then everything will be solved.

Sorry but I suppose you’re wrong.
My site is responsive, infact all the other things (of your component) that should work in the responsive ways are working fine (look at the gallery in the item page for example, IT WORKS!!). Look at my site ( axet-is.com/versione-widget-due/properties-real-estate.html ) with a mobile device: everything is like your demo except for the image in the item list. So, it’s not a problem of being responsive.
