Hello - As I mentioned numerous times, I tried the index.php that you had posted and it did not work. The extension only worked after I installed the package that you sent at 4:30am my time, so I didn't rush out of bed to fix it. It is working now, but this site is on a staging server, will this package you sent work when I go to production on the site domain, or is this fix that you sent domain related?
I removed the review, though I am still suspect of your support and do not appreciate the fact that you keep blaming you extensions short coming on me.
