Menu Not Showing on site

The menu module is not showing up on my site though i have all settings right.

This is pretty urgent. None of your modules have worked properly for me since i bought them and support is equally very slow..

The module is supposed to appear right under the main logo of the site. But it is not appearing. I also need to collapse the module on mouse out.
