Not working the conact form in the Capulus template

I'm trying the demo version of the template Capulus and found these bugs
1. Not working conact form I fill out but nothing is sent (neither the administrator nor the copy of sender)
2. Not working subscription form
3. Error in the center of the screen -
Strict Standards: Non-static method modNooAccordionSliderHelper::getK2ListCategories() should not be called statically in C:\OpenServer\domains\Capulus\modules\mod_noo_accordion_slider\helper.php on line 42
4. in the registered user's profile there is no option to add material

About your problems:
1. You can login backend -> System -> Global Configuation then check information in Mail Settings.
2. You can update latest version of AcyMailing in Components.
3. You go to: C:\OpenServer\domains\Capulus\modules\mod_noo_accordion_slider\helper.php and delete "&" in line 42.
