Slider not showing on mobile was created by Josh Nelson

Hi, we've just installed this slider on our homepage and have noticed that it is not appearing at all on mobile. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, thank you for your quick reply! I'm still not seeing the slider on mobile, just the dots for its navigation. Can I ask what code you modified? We have a custom template for the homepage if that helps troubleshoot

Please clear your cache or using private browser to check on the mobile. I still can see the slider image.
