Module doesn't appear at all

Hello. I purchased Content Slider and News Wall extensions.
Unfortunately, the extensions do not work on my Joomla website.

Content Slider, doesn't appear at all. Only appears the title of the module.

I will describe the problem of the News Wall extension in the respective topic.

My website uses the template "J-Directory" and it is hosted at GoDaddy.
All installation requirements (XML and Zlib-Support, / PHP compiled with support for https (openSSL) and cURL / PHP Safe Mode off) apply.
Please advice.
