Hi, thank you very much, your support is always great!!! But I could solved the problem yesterday myself.
The day before yesterday I have not only made a Joomla update to 3.8.2 but also several module updates. On my test system, I have repeated the update-process once again and found that the AllVideo module caused the problem. Immediately after a new version of AllVideo (4. is installed, the Content Slider module disappears from the page. I have a previous version of the AllVideo (4.7) reinstalled, everything works again.

Module Content Slider is gone
is installed, the Content Slider module disappears from the page. I have a previous version of the AllVideo (4.7) reinstalled, everything works again.
