hey,
i use the JUX Background Video, worked fine till now, now i got error message
"0 - String could not be parsed as XML"
when im unpublishing the module all works fine.
i check to see the link to the youtube and i see no link. when i try to add new link (youtube ID) i get the error "Invalid id, please check again."
no matter what youtube video id i put in its doesnt pull the video...
need super fast help please.

btw i check the console in the administrator where i add the youtube video ID i receive the following:
GET gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/GvvCa1iONUI?v=2&alt=jsonc 410 (Gone) jquery.min.js:4

Hi israelweb,
You must login first then click download button at top right of page. The latest version will ready to download if your order not expired. If not you need renewal your order before download!

ok i dont have the download button, so it means that myorder is expired ?
and you want to say that i need to buy again... the plug in that i bought less than 1 month ?

I'm from JoomlaUX's support team and also in charge of solving problem with user's account.

I've just checked your user name and your email order.
It seems you used another account to download our products because I didn't see any order from your email.
You have to login and download by the user name and email address you have used to purchased before so that you can get the latest version without paying extra money.

hey friend, my bad, you were right.
this plugin was purchased by another user.

any way, to install the new version of this plugin worked! :)
if you can add an auto update from joomla itself it would be great.

i'm experiencing a similar problem. i bought the module in feb. 2015 and have been using it since, but on june 5th it stopped working. when i go to download on the joomlaux.com site i can see the order and it is commented as "expired".

and now?

I've just checked your account and your download log.

You bought our module on 4th February 2015 and you didn't join any membership club of us. Therefore, as our policy you just can get update and support for 3 months from 4th February to 4th May 2015.

Similar to earlier posters, I had a working component, it then stopped working with this message reported in this forum, in addition, I could not see my "Playlist" in the backend, but then after intalling the new version it works again.

Can you please explain what caused the problem for us? How can we be sure the problem won't re-appear? What steps should we take to ensure the problem is gone in the future?
