Mega Menu Dropdown not visible

I just purchased the Mega Menu extension for my site which is currently running Joomla 3.6. I am taking a site that currently has no CMS and integrating with Joomla and must redo the menus in the process. I have a horizontal menu that I want to have drop down to show a custom module, but for some reason the dropdowns are hidden. I thought this may be a z-index issue, but I turned off all the backgrounds and still am not able to see the dropdowns. I can see the fade in when it is still within the container that the main menu is in, but it disappears below that. Here is the url for my site:

Click on the Design It or Resources links within the second menu in the header.

1. I can see your mega menu on site: www.yourarlington.com/
and submenu still shows when hover menu item
2. I can see your megamenu on site: www.provia.com/professionals
Where you put megamenu module? and dropdowns don't show ?
