jux timeline joomla 3.8 compatibility

is jux timeline compatible with latest joomla 3.8?

Theres a bug in Joomla 3.8.0 described here:

github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/18066

Tried everything in a new install if you look into jux-timeline.php

$document->addScriptDeclaration('
jQuery(document).ready(function($){
$("#jux_tl'.$module->id.'").juxtimeline();
});
');

this is executed multiple/ several times....only if i put the modul into content with {loadposition}.

If included into other modulpositions (not content) the plugin works fine .
So lets wait for Joomla 3.8.1 then this Problem is solved, maybe..
