The active Slide displayed not the same height with the non-active slides

Please see the images attached,
on Chrome, Firefox and Safari, when i click the url the first time on the url bar, the slide displayed so messy. After I refresh the browser, it looks nice.
I can't expect all visitor to refresh the browser, I expect they see no error on the first visit to the url.
on Opera, this error show permanently. I have refreshed the browser.. still showing this mess.

Can you please check and let me know what is wrong with it?

I still have the same issue on chrome, firefox and opera.
The issue happens when i type zantob.com on url address for the first time. But if I refresh the browser (except on opera) the issue is not happening.
My problem is, I can't expect all visitors to refresh their browser to see the slideshow displayed correctly right?
