K2 Item Upload image fail

Hi support team,

We are using NooNews template.

Now we found K2 Item image uploading fail, I mean I use "Browse..." or "Browse Server" button to add an image for a K2 item, after I click "Save", the image is gone, the item still has no image.

Even more weird, the old items' images are all gone.

Please help to check this problem, it is urgent.
