Enabling small logo for mobile phone screens

I cannot get the "Enable Small Logo" for small screens to work on my mobile phone. My normal logo is 335 × 91px and my small logo is 170 × 55px.

Can you also check the Parallax module on the home page. It works great on computer screen except we tested it on an iPad and the background image was super zoomed in.

I fixed logo problem on your site.
I cheked parallax module on nexus 7 all OK. I'll check on Ipad later for you!
