Sticky menu seems to not be functioning correctly

Can you check and see if the sticky menu is functioning as designed? It appears for a moment and then disappears when the page is scrolled but does not reappear.

Are you using capulus template?
When you scroll down, sticky will don't appear, It only reappear, when you scroll up.

Yes I am using the capulus template. Now I understand. It is working as designed.

Is there a way to make the sticky menu visible all the time?

I imagine that you have to deal with the JQuery Headroom library which is called also in your template JUX Nozix (js/script.js), right?
I think also that the appearance of the affix menu is not satisfying. It could be nice to have it sticked once the user scrolls down.
