Can you modify my templates? I need a developer to change my stylesheets, graphics and stylesheets.

Support, if anyone can modify the templates from a Photoshop PSD. I will supply all artwork I just don't want to learn how to modify these templates. I have 3 websites that need to be done right now. Please reply with link to your site and email. Thanks!
