Upgrade the Jooma to version 3.5

I bought the template Capulus in themeforest.net site.
Not be able to post in the forum, so I'm using this ticket.

Doubts:
Can I upgrade the Jooma to version 3.5 (using the template Capulus)?

How to Update T3 System Plugin to 2.5.3 for this template?
