Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in

I just did a quick start for the CitiLights and this is what I get on the front-end.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/valleyreal/public_html/ashbury/components/com_jux_real_estate/libraries/factory.php on line 1

I can get in the back end through the administrator
I updated Joomla to the latest version and still get the error.

Any help would be great.

I checked quickstart on my localhost. I still can access backend.

Hi and thank you for the info. I deleated everything and tryed it a 2nd time and I still get this error in the front end: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/valleyreal/public_html/ashbury/components/com_jux_real_estate/libraries/factory.php on line 1
I can still get in the back end and all looks good there. If I turn off the "Error Reporting" I get a blank screen in the front end.

If it's any help the PHP Version is 5.5.32 and I haven't updated anything.
