BG Slider generates an error message on second instance of module

I have 2 slider modules.
One on main page (Welcome menu item) works.
Second one added to submenu item (GetSmart->About Canada) generates the following error:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/greatcanadian/www/sandbox/modules/mod_jux_background_slider/mod_jux_background_slider.php on line 188

Both implemented using HTML with custom tags (template overrides body tag). See tag BG_CANADA

Are there restrictions on using multiple background slider modules ? I want to create sets of background images per page.... was surprised this error popped up.. please advise.

Hi,
I don't see it working? I see that the error message is no longer there, but the HTML tag on the "Oh, Canada" page to trigger the BG Slider isn't showing the background pictures. I went back into the module to verify the photos and the settings, validated the position tag for the LoadPosition (BGCanada).... but it's not loading on the Canada page. It loads the other module for the Welcome page (that one always worked) but not the second instance.

What am I doing wrong that the second instance of the BG Slider isn't working on the Canada page?
