exclamation-circle Error displaying in joomla module/article

Hi, I have a problem with the before/after plugin on joomla5.
I tried inserting the plugin both directly into the article and via custom module, but it doesn't work.
Joomla only shows me code in curly brackets but not the images.
I checked that all the various plugins are active, the module positions, everything seems ok, but obviously I'm doing something wrong.
Can you help me?

I solved it with the module view, but not with the article view, which is what I need.

I have the same problem, how did you solve it in the module?

In the custom HTML module, go to option tab and enable 'Prepare content'.
Were you able to get it to work in the articles?

It worked straight away with the articles! I didn't make any further settings there. I'm developing it using Joomshaper Pagebuilder. Joomla 4.

After days of research I understood that the fault is not the JUX plugin but the template I am using on joomla.
I'm not a developer, but while searching I found the solution, at the following link:
forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=892267
The template has a customized view of the articles, I disabled it as shown in the link and now everything works.
I hope I have been useful to someone and congratulations to JoomlaUX for the really well done plugin.

Hi.
Thank you for your feedback. As I see, your site works fine with our extension.

Hi Ramaker
For the SP page builder, you should create a custom module and put the before/after shortcode on this module. Don't forget to enable prepare content option on the module. Then you can call the custom module on your SP page builder.

I hope that can help you, or you can submit another ticket and give us your site info. We will access your site to help you check it.

Regards.

Best regards.
Jackie Nguyen.
