Extensions with Quickstart

If I'm not using the quickstart package, where can I get the extensions from? They aren't showing up in downloads and all seem to require purchasing?

I have the same problem - I have the premium membership and I cannot see where to download the extensions.

If you downloaded template package but don't contain extensions please re download it. We have just update them.
If you still get extensions. Please feedback. We'll check and fix it asap!

You are missing the point.

I want to download the background video extension however there is no link to download the extensions individually. I am interested in the extensions and can't download them because if they are not used in the template, there is nowhere else to get them?

I bought the Premium Package and the order ID was 1317 - my email is [email protected]
I think it was Nootheme I had a Business Membership and the order ID was 3570

However I have just bought the extension package because I don't think that was included
