installation problems

I buy this template today and i have problems on the intallation, but i don't know where is the problem.

the url is this tabuas.pt/site/index.php

I have followed every steps and the last one remove the installation file.

Somebody can help me?

my ftp and database codes.

I don't have administrator area. I send the file on ftp mode and install in www.tabuas.pt/site

You can't reinstall the template in ftp mode?
