k2 comments: where is the form anchor and the form?

Hi, I configured a category of k2 to insert comments to articles, but I do not see the anchor to the form, and even the form. Of course in the category I set preferences to show both, perhaps it depends on the layout? How can I fix?
PS: do not see the anchor even in the list of articles by category.

I apologize, the problem was that the comments were enabled by the Global K2 Parameter, in the COMMENTS tab. Now all is OK
