I'm having an issue getting the Donate function to work. there is no style when I click on Donate.

I installed the quickstart package like you advised.. but it didn't work. The site didn't look like the demo, and I can't log in using the super user. I deleted the DB, cleaned the directory and started again-- same exact results. Now I can't log into the back end.
