Plese tell me where I can change the text that appears as value on the form Contact.

You can go to: {root}/templates/jux_citilights/sppagebuilder/addon/ajax_contact/site.php (line 57, 61, 65, 78)
And to edit SEND MESSAGE, you can go to: {root}\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_sppagebuilder.ini
