How to add other properties status?

Hi,

I'm using frontend admin in your template.
When I choose a propertie, I can decide if it is avaible or not (sale/sold), and if it is published or not.

I cannot choose if it is in pending state.
I would to have 3 state (with banner) for each properties: SELL / SOLD / SELLING IN PROGRESS (the apartment is unavaiable for the selling, because a propose)

How I can do it?
I'm able to modify code, but were? I don't find where SELL/SOLD words are stored for italian translation.

I checked your problems. I do not understand the purpose you want to add SELLING state. In my opinion it is not necessary. If you want to make that product or not, the state has published, unpublished. There are many other states that you can use.

Here in Italy the small estate are used to publish also some premium apartments already sold as advertising.

Meanwhile, could you translate the two entries as follows? I can not pinpoint where (file / database)

Sale: in vendita
Sold: in trattativa

If an offer is made for an apartment, this blocks the sale to others, but not necessarily turn into a sale. (In trattativa)

In this case the apartment remains published until the sale is not concluded

I've notice a little bug: if I filter on bedroom or bathroom, the filter doesn't work.

Hi, had you have time to check the iussue?

If I search for an apartment with 2 bedroom, the filter return also the apartment with 4 bedroom and they are the first one in the list.
