Installation template failed

Hello. I bought the template Citilights - Premium Real Estate Template with 7709 invoice and I did the installation. Unfortunately there are routing problems and does not work . I noted error:
Parse error : syntax error , unexpected end of file in /web/htdocs/www.ariaimmobiliare.com/home/components/com_jux_real_estate/libraries/factory.php on line 1
I can not even access the Joomla control panel because this means an error : Can not open file for writing log
