at the bottom with config "Currencies" and choose £
Save and view result

If want change to change the currency symbol to £,you have to edit the code and I will guide you, you can do the following
1: In source : modules\mod_jux_realestate_realtysearch\mod_jux_realestate_realtysearch.php at line 83 and edit "€" -> "£"
2:In source:modules\mod_jux_realestate_realtysearch\mod_jux_realestate_realtysearch.xml at line 168 and edit "€" -> "£"
