"Add Agent" Not Working

When I try to add an agent your template lets me fill out everything except when I get to the "administrator" tab "user" part, I see the agent but it gives me a pop up and will not let me click on the agent name, it does nothing.

I have to finish this project fast. Please advice.

I tried in Firefox and in Chrome and both will not allow me to add new agent.

i have also had the same issue.

the only thing i have done as a tempary fix was to edit one of the existing user info

its not the best soloution but has meant i can do a liitle work

the problem does need solving though and a detailed explanation of how to use the section would be good.

Still not resolved. I will never buy anything from these jokers ever again. I have been putting bad reviews for them everywhere. I went with another template.
