Do I have to worry about giving you full access to my back-end I was always told never give super user access. I definitely need you to look but again what are you not able to see with admin? Again, are there steps you can share with me .. also helping me to learn. Thanks

You can see user group and permission by click User->Group at TOP LEFT of back-end panel!
With user have full permission I can install new component on your site!

I do not want to give full access to my back-end. Is anyone else having the same problem? Is there a file that I can upload or update on my own? usually developers will give the code that needs to be installed. What happened with the file that I purchased and uploaded? Does it not work properly? You should be able to give me the info I need to make it work? Thanks

In this case I don't have solution for it now. I need debug the code. (I think maybe have other plugin cause coming soon can't login).
Let's try by disable other plugin!

You said to disable the plugin? I can try to disable and re-enable. but, if I give you full permission I'd like for you to access the back-while I'm logged into as well.. so I can at least monitor it. Let me know when u are available soon.

I think I have fixed it.. So the "Group User" should equal the Super User ID only correct? Not other ID's? Thank you
