Coming Soon not work in older IE 8,9

Hello,

Coming soon page not working in IE 8,9. I'm not sure about IE 10. If it's not compatible, I won't be able to use plugin as many of audience will still be using Windows Vista which only supports up to IE 9 as I have on my own personal laptop. Is there a work-around?
