Step 1: Go to path {root}/media/plg_juxcomingsoon then open file file soon.php
Step 2: go to line 680 then change code from:
<?php if ($jux_countdown_style == "2"): ?><!-- /.county -->
to
<?php if ($jux_countdown_style == "2"):
$online = new DateTime($online);
$online = $online->format('Y/m/d H:i:s');
?><!-- /.county -->
